Kulhudhuffushi Port Company incurred a total loss of Rf 12.3 million this year, while spending Rf 13.3 million alone on salaries and wages, according to an Audit Office report.
According to the audit report, the company earned Rf 11.99 million in revenue from harbour services this year, with an additional Rf 1.52 million received as rent. In 2024, after spending Rf 13.1 million on salaries, the company recorded a loss of Rf 11.3 million — meaning the company's losses have increased this year by comparison.

Kulhudhuffushi Port Limited, established under a presidential decree in July 2009, is a company under Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) that maintains and operates the Kulhudhuffushi regional harbour.
